Welcome to the third edition of Raven’s Crown Equestrian’s annual show!

We’re pleased to again be hosting this show at our lovely stables near beautiful Las Vegas, Nevada! The sky is lightly cloudy with lots of sunshine throughout the day. There will be some cloud cover near the mountains surrounding the location around midday and a little lightning off in the mountains, but it’ll clear up for a wonderful starry night out here in the desert. Thanks to the season, it’s a balmy 75 degrees (23 C), making it a perfect time for a show! No worries about extreme heat today!

This show will be open starting October 18th, 2015.
Deadline for entries is March 1st, , 2016! (One more extension will be given only if absolutely necessary!)

Costume

Since the duration of this show includes many holidays, this class is just for fun.
All costumes are acceptable, but I would like the focus to be on something involving feathers and/or wings

  - Horse must be wearing a halter or bridle(tack can be decorated)

- Handler does not have to be shown, but must be in costume should you choose to do so

- Class is held in indoor arena, with red lanterns and black streamers hanging from the ceiling and windows.

- The event will take place at sunset.
The weather is all clear, with the clouds and storms retreating
into the far-off mountains

Trick

Does your horse have a special talent? Show it off here!
This is also the place to show off your horse’s magical abilities!

- Tack optional

- Handler does not have to be shown

 - Class is held indoors.
Evening is setting in and the arena is lit up

Dance

A Capilloque specialty (but other breeds are free to join)! Handlers and horses must demonstrate their bond, and perform a ‘dance’ that reflects this partnership. Costumes and music are mandatory! The costume can be any theme suited to the handler’s taste, but should reflect the overall theme or feel of the music. Music is traditionally one minute and thirty seconds, but can be shorter or longer (maximum 3 minutes). The entry can be any number of panels, similar to a comic (though a single image entry is also acceptable). This event will be held in the indoor arena.
The sky outside is crystal clear and full of stars, and lighting inside is entirely up to the performers
